Friends of Forest Park Elementary

Friends of Forest Park Elementary (Forest Park Elementary School Foundation) is a non-profit 501(c)(3) foundation run by a group of volunteer parents focused on supporting and connecting the Forest Park Elementary community while raising funds for Forest Park Elementary School.

School foundations are the only way a school can raise funds to pay for additional school personnel, or full-time equivalents (FTE). However, the Foundation is not limited to only purchasing the services of school personnel. The Friends of Forest Park Foundation, on the recommendation of the principal, may direct resources toward other critical needs within the school.

The Foundation is also a way to meet fellow parents and become involved in our school community. Foundation parents are volunteers that are goal oriented and this partnership is an integral part of Forest Park Elementary.
